<DIV dir=ltr>A Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações - ANACOM, após muitas insistências, publicou a 24 de Abril deste ano de 2016, 50% das questões de exame de amador por categorias, com estava previsto e era sua obrigação desde 2009.... foram só 7 anos de espera.
