<p style="text-align: justify;">A Icom anunciou na tradicional Feira de
Comunicações de Toquio (Tokyo Ham Fair) seu mais novo lançamento, o IC-7300.
Trata-se de um transceptor de categoria intermediária, sendo que os recursos que
mais chamam atenção são seu display touch colorido, sua tecnologia SDR (Software
Defined Radio) de conversão direta e seu panascope em tempo real.</p>
Ao contrário da linha atual da Yaesu, como o novo FT-991, o panadapter
(espectro com waterfall) do IC-7300 tem amostragem em tempo real. O da Yaesu é
por meio de varredura lenta, que faz uma amostragem de um instante e se houver
uma mudança no espectro só será percebida se fizer outra varredura. O display
touch capacitivo (semelhante aos usados em samrthphones) oferece uma interface
bem simples e eficiente, evitando aquelas configurações de menus e sub menus
difíceis de acessar do passado.<BR>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Outro diferencial é o uso da tecnologia SDR de
amostragem direta, e não a tradicional tecnologia de recepção supereteródina.
Com essa tecnologia de rádio definido por software, os mixers e filtros são
criados através de algorítmicos matemáticos, eliminando assim as limitações e
ruídos inerentes aos circuitos electrónicos físicos.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">O modelo é bem compacto e já vem com acoplador de
antena interno.</p>
