    No HRD lLogbook v5 no botão mais á direita (Configure) selecionas
    RST Options aí adicionas um "contest", defines qual o modo de
    operação e nos campos inferiores no Rcvd colocas 599 e no campo Sent
    colocas 59 [001], e guardas.<br>
    Podes criar os contest que quiseres na altura de o usares é só
    escolher.<br>
