<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#222222">Nesta palestra falaremos da interação entre a ciência e a ficção científica e comentaremos o aparecimento de dois filmes: o Contacto, baseado num livro de ficção de Carl Sagan e o
INTERSTELLAR, realizado por Christopher Nolan com base num guião de Kip Thorne, que foi também consultor científico e produtor executivo deste último. Kip Thorne esteve ligado aos dois filmes, como veremos, e a sua participação nestas obras de ficção foi muito
relevante para o reconhecimento e desenvolvimento de uma área de investigação de ponta na área da Física.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
