necessidade, ou nem vale a pena tentar participar nos concursos de HF.<br>

Não sei, se alguém já fez um estudo dos seus scores antes e depois de<br>
usar o ICOA, por intuição parece-se que o Indicativo de Chamada<br>
Ocasional Anual é capaz de compensar, em alguns, se não em todos os<br>
casos.<br>
