<p><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#222222">Em junho de 2013 foi divulgado nos meios de comunicação social a ocorrência de uma
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Super Lua</span></em>, assim denominada por estar cerca de 14% maior e cerca de 30% mais brilhante do que as outras luas cheias de 2013. Houve grande afluência de público no OAL para a observar e todos nos
maravilhamos com o fenómeno astronómico.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

<strong><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">12 de julho, 10 de agosto e 9 de setembro, serão</span></strong>
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Super Luas</span></em>. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#222222">Os instantes de Lua Cheia não coincidirão exatamente com os instantes do perigeu, mas estarão muito próximos. A
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Super Lua</span></em> mais favorável para observar será a do dia 10 de agosto, em que por um lado os instantes do perigeu e da lua cheia estão apenas desfasados de 26 minutos e por outro lado são próximos do
instante do nascimento da lua. Estando a lua próxima do horizonte, ocorre um efeito extra de ampliação, mas que é apenas uma ilusão produzida por razões ainda não totalmente compreendidas pelos astrónomos e psicólogos…<u></u><u></u></span></p>
