<h1>Radio enthusiast records Gibraltar incursion</h1>
<p>A radio enthusiast has released a recording of the incursion by the vessel Ramon Margalef into British Gibraltar Territorial Waters <br><br>The video was posted by <strong>Tom Finlayson</strong> and shows the frequency as 156.800 MHz, the YouTube description reads: <br>
<br>Footage recorded Between 5 and 6,30pm, in British Gibraltar Territorial Waters. The Spanish Research and Survey vessel Ramon Margalef proceeded to carry out a survey of the sea bottom.<br><br>The Royal Navy (Ops) challenged them and warned them repeatedly to leave Gibraltar Waters. The skipper of the Ramon Margalef responded stating that they had permission from Spain to be there. The audio accompanying this video is the actual recording of the conversation that took place over the course of 1 hour.<br>
<br>The Spanish vessel continued its survey until the early hours of the following morning. At all times Gibraltar's Royal Navy Patrol boat HMS Sabre followed her from a short distance. Meanwhile, minesweeper HMS Penzance remained berthed at the Naval Base a few meters away.</p>
