vindas, quase sempre dos mesmos, que conquistam a adesão de meia dúzia de colegas (geralmente, não são mais…), porque os outros SEIS MIL não frequentam este Cluster, ou não estão de acordo, ou não se querem expor (porque, normalmente, a discussão de determinados assuntos descamba no ataque pessoal em vez da sadia discussão de ideias e procura de consensos) essas contribuições, dizia, acabam sempre no encerramento do tópico, de emergência.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Não se discutirem os assuntos de interesse geral dos radioamadores, “só faz o jogo” de quem propôs/insistiu no actual regulamento e a quem interessa a situação do radioamadorismo, em Portugal e das associações e individuais que contribuíram com o seu silêncio (cúmplice).<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Na minha opinião não se deve culpar uma associação, que representa uma minoria dos radioamadores, que faz valer a sua posição e dita as regras do jogo.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Os responsáveis pelo actual regulamento são a MAIORIA que, com o seu silêncio, deixarem que fossem os outros a decidir o que seria o radioamadorismo em Portugal.
