<br>Não teria nenhuma lógica que o plano de bandas não fosse o do país visitado, para a licença que esse país determinou ser equivalente ao CEPT Novice.<br>De outra forma, radioamadores que nos visitem com uma licença CEPT Novice apenas poderão emitir nas bandas e com as potências equivalentes à nossa Classe 2, independentemente daquilo a que teriam direito no seu país, fosse mais ou fosse menos. Pelo menos é o que entendo das recomendações.<br>
