<div> </div><div>Germany leads the tally of 30, closely followed by its rival in this fun event Australia with 28.</div><div> </div><div>Then follows the United States, England, Scotland, Canada, Argentina, Sweden and Holland, with many more nations registered including a few just having one entry.</div>
