Na minha opinião o que "falhou" na REP há muitos anos atrás foi não ter criado Delegações Regionais (a exemplo do que fez a URE), se estas tivessem sido criadas, certamente, não existiriam tantas Associações que foram criadas (se calhar) para colmatar precisamente o que o colega Gomes-CT1HIX relatou...falta de participação de quem está longe da capital.</div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 'times new roman', 'new york', times, serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal;" class="yui_3_7_2_19_1356256857366_79"><br></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 'times new roman', 'new york', times, serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal;" class="yui_3_7_2_19_1356256857366_79"><<<< Já estamos a chegar a algum lado.<br><br>Pode-se remediar esta falta de participação?
