Agradecido pelo trabalho de publicação deste artigo, que já li na versão original e é bastante interessante.<BR>
Não tenho os contactos da ANPC mas seria util eles passarem os olhos por cima.<BR>
Não se fala em subserviencia dos radioamadores mas sim em colaboração, entidades aperfeiçoarem a interajuda entre elas e os radioamadores. <BR>
Claro que sao países como Malásia, Indonésia com extensão e diversidade enormes e não há TETRAS que lhes valham!<BR>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US>The Straits Times newspaper reports that the use of amateur radio in rescues should be promoted.</SPAN></P>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US>They say amateur radios could be the key to communicate with people in distress and, therefore, collaboration between government agencies and amateur radio users should be intensified.</SPAN></P>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US>They quote Malaysian Information Department director-general Ibrahim Abd Rahman as saying that integration between the two should be encouraged as it helped the agencies to build good rapport and teamwork spirit. He said agencies like the Fire and Rescue Department, Civil Defence Department (JPA3), police, Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRCS), hospitals, Royal Malaysian Air Force and the Department of Civil Aviation should work together with amateur radio users.</SPAN></P>
