The 1K2 is the smallest 1200W amplifier ever offered. We have supplied OUR “state of the art” amplifier with a built in 92% efficient Powergate 2400W switching supply. The entire 1.2 kW amp weighs in at just under 20 lbs! As an option, we offer the 1K2 without the power supply.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>The 1K2 is perfect for DXpeditions and field day operations, and makes a great addition to any home station. We’ve designed the 1K2 specifically for EME (CW and JT65) and Meteor scatter using SSB, CW or JT6M. Two temperature controlled whisper fans cool the finned heat sink and cycle on and off as needed. A third fan cools the tank circuit components.
