honor to invite the radio amateurs all over the world to participate in the
<STRONG>Independence Day Brazil Contest (BPSK3)</STRONG> between 1200z,
September 4th and 1200z, September 5th.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>The contest is to establish as many contacts as possible
between radio amateurs around the world and radio amateurs in the South America.
