<P><FONT face=Tahoma>South Africa AMSAT (SA-AMSAT) is slowly adding additional
operational time for <STRONG>SumbandilaSat SO-67</STRONG>. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>On their web page, they report that the ground control
station will start slowly with the amateur radio payload and <BR>observe if the
satellite remains stable, and then gradually add more operating time.</FONT></P>
