<P><FONT face=Tahoma><STRONG>Creative Services Software</STRONG> have announced
the release of the Digital Desktop Soundcard for <FONT
face="Times New Roman">ICOM, KENWOOD and YAESU </FONT>Radios. This includes
support for the forthcoming Kenwood TS-590. </FONT>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>Modes like RTTY, PSK-31 and SSTV are included with the
product and the plans are to include Winmor in a future release, and more modes
will be added via the snap-in dll technology created by Erik Gawtry, KC0WWC, of
Timewave Technology. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>This open source interface allows anyone to create just the
modem portion of a digital mode and by putting the DLL in the folder of the
program and the mode appears on the drop down list.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>“As long as your Kenwood radio has cat control and a
soundcard interface, you’re ready to work the digital modes,” said Rick Ruhl,
W4PC, CSS President.</FONT></P>
