<P><FONT face=Tahoma>All 16 issues of the excellent Amateur Radio magazine
<STRONG>HAM-MAG</STRONG> are now available for free download.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>The international English language HAM-MAG was launched in
January 2009 and rapidly gained a wide readership believed to be over
11,000.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>As it was unable to attract advertising and, in January
2010, it changed to a subscription magazine costing $15 a year. It was only able
to attract 200 subscribers and has now ceased publication.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>All 16 issues of the magazine up until May 2010 are now
available for free download. Among the many great articles are</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=Tahoma>The challenge of getting people to pay for online content
is one that even major publishers are still struggling to achieve. People are
willing to pay $5+ to buy a single issue of a printed magazine but are reluctant
to part with money for the same thing in electronic format.</FONT></P>
