<H1>3D views for beacons maps</H1>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>The maps of UK HF/VHF/UHF beacons produced by the
<STRONG>UK Microwave Group</STRONG> now take advantage of the 3D views available
in Google Earth.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>A recent development by Google has been to make a Google
Earth Plugin available for their 2D maps to give alternative 3D
views.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>This has been added as a viewing option onto some beacon
maps on </FONT><A href="http://www.beacons.org.uk/" target=_blank><FONT
face=Tahoma>http://www.beacons.org.uk/</FONT></A><FONT face=Tahoma> and there is
now an 'Earth' option on the UK HF/VHF/UHF beacon maps.</FONT></P>
