<P><FONT face=Tahoma>The 70 MHz website reports that a petition for a 4m Amateur
Radio allocation in the USA has been submitted to FCC.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>The migration of TV services to digital UHF in the USA and
elsewhere in the world opens up the possibility of more countries being able to
allocate an Amateur band at 70 MHz.</FONT></P>
