<H1>Haiti quake provides lessons for USC</H1>

<P><FONT face=Verdana>A news report from the University of Southern California 

(USC) says lessons can be learned from the Haiti quake and Amateur Radio could 

be a critical resource.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=Verdana>The report says:</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=Verdana>"Amateur radio could be a critical resource. USC has 

established an amateur radio emergency team, and more members are needed", the 

USC's William Regensburger said.</FONT></P>
