mais vale haver poucos e bons do que muitos e maus radioamadores<BR>sei de
casos de que nem uma ficha PL sabem fazer quanto mais interpretar um esquema
ou fazer uma simples<BR>ponte rectificadora para rectificar a fonte de
alimentação.<BR>Acho que a nova legislação está muito boa e até deveria prever
que alguns colegas fizessem de novo exame<BR>para testar os conhecimentos se
não passarem seria lhes retirado a licença (pronto agora é que vou ser
crucificado).<BR>Deveria ter saído também em paralelo com a nova legislação
uma legislação que obrigasse os comerciantes de equipamentos<BR>a venderem os
mesmos só a radioamadores devidamente licenciados e o equipamento ficaria
registado em nome desse<BR>radioamador, registo esse que seria enviado para a
ANACOM e no caso de venda desse equipamento o Radioamador<BR>em questão teria
