<H1>Sweden withdraws polluting PLT equipment</H1>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>A CEPT Electronic Communications Committee (ECC) report
notes that Sweden has <EM><FONT size=4><STRONG>removed from the
market</STRONG></FONT></EM> some of the <STRONG>Powerline Networking equipment
(PLC/PLT) that pollutes the radio spectrum</STRONG>.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>The 54th meeting of the CEPT Working Group (WG) Spectrum
Engineering (SE) in Bordeaux covered recent developments of the harmonised
emission standard for IT equipment EN55022.</FONT></P>
