<H1>Radio China to vacate amateur-only section of 7MHz band</H1>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>The IARU Region 1 website reports that <STRONG>Radio
China</STRONG> is to stop broadcasting on five frequencies in the 7.1 to 7.2MHz
range. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>The Chinese authorities have made frequency adjustments
midway during the A09 broadcasting schedule and it affects all transmissions
that were previously operating in the new exclusive worldwide amateur radio
service band of 7.1-7.2MHz.</FONT> <BR></P>
