<H1>CHIRP D-STAR programming software</H1>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>Radio Amateurs have developed a extensive range of
open-source and freeware radio communications software. <BR><BR>One example of
this is <STRONG>CHIRP</STRONG>, a Windows/Linux/MacOSX program that can program
ICOM D-STAR radios.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>CHIRP is a cross-platform, cross-radio programming tool.

<P><FONT face=Verdana>It works on Windows and Linux (and soon, MacOSX). It can
program all of the ICOM D-STAR (or D-STAR-capable) radios and exchange data
