<H1>ISS contacts on IRLP and EchoLink </H1>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>Please join us in listening to the ISS contact with
<STRONG>Ottawa South United Sports Club</STRONG>, Ottawa, Canada at 14:20 UTC on
Tuesday 11th August. This will be a telebridge and the ground station is
W6SRJ.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>Another contact this week is the <STRONG>Euro Space
Center, Night of Stars</STRONG> at 19:59 UTC on Thursday 13th August. This is
also a telebridge, the ground station is once again W6SRJ.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>Audio from this contact will be fed into the IRLP
'Discovery' Reflector (9010) and the EchoLink *AMSAT* (101377) and *JK1ZRW*
(277208) servers.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>IRLP and Echolink audio is generally transmitted around 15
minutes prior to the contact taking place so that you can hear some of the
preparation that occurs.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>Please note that on Echolink there are automatic breaks of
1.5 seconds in the audio transmission. These occur every 2.5 minutes during the
event.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>For your information, when any ARISS event is supported
through the IRLP "Discovery" Reflector 9010, audio is also automatically
streamed to the Internet.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>It is then available via the 'Discovery' Reflector's
