Calabasas have been discovering shortwave radio and getting their Amateur radio
licenses</FONT></P>

Beutel</STRONG>, 75 teenagers in Calabasas have become licensed amateur radio
operators and hope to lead a new wave of shortwave enthusiasts.</FONT></P>
