hemisphere and it is crackling with B-class solar flares. </FONT></P>

member of new <STRONG>Solar Cycle 24</STRONG>. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>It appears to be the best offering yet of the young solar
cycle. </FONT></P>
