<H1>North Korean satellite launch 'fails'</H1>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>It has been reported that North Korea failed in its
attempt to get a satellite into space after a rocket launch early on
Sunday.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>If the launch had been successful the satellite would have
been put into a 490km by 1426km 40.6 degree orbit and <STRONG><U>transmitted on
470 MHz</U></STRONG>.</FONT></P>
