ANACOM<BR><I><BR>Nos termos da alínea a) do n.º 1 do artigo 198.º da
Constituição, o Governo decreta o seguinte: </I>
<P align=center><I><STRONG>Artigo 1.º <BR>Estatuto do ICP - Autoridade
Nacional de Comunicações (ICP - ANACOM)</STRONG></I> </P><I>1 - O Instituto
das Comunicações de Portugal (ICP), criado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 188/81, de 2
de Julho, passa a denominar-se ICP - Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações,
abreviadamente designado por ICP - ANACOM. <BR><BR>2 - O ICP - ANACOM continua
a personalidade jurídica do ICP, instituído pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 188/81, de 2
de Julho, mantendo todos os direitos e obrigações legais ou contratuais, que
integram a respectiva esfera jurídica. <BR><BR>3 - A partir da entrada em
vigor do presente diploma, as referências feitas ao ICP constantes de lei ou
contrato consideram-se feitas ao ICP - ANACOM. <BR><BR>4 - O presente diploma
será título bastante da comprovação do previsto no número anterior para todos
os efeitos legais, incluindo os de registo, devendo as repartições competentes
realizar, com isenção de quaisquer taxas ou emolumentos e mediante simples
comunicação do presidente do conselho de administração, os actos necessários à
