e sobre o qual nunca me inibi de transmitir a minha modesta opinião.<o:p></o:p></p>

alteradas, independentemente do juízo de valor que se faça delas.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Quando assinamos uma proposta de admissão a algo estamos a
aceitar as regras, o que observado noutro prisma, não nos impede mais tarde de
ter uma opinião contrária a essas regras.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Antes de mais convém esclarecer que fiz exame para a classe
C, na época permitia operar em todas as bandas de HF e que administrativamente
me foi dada a classe B com morse.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Lucrei com a habilitação ao morse, mas para ter “telhados”
um pouco mais resistentes que o vidro, propus-me ao exame da classe A, à qual
estou habilitado.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Na minha <b><u><span style='font-size:14.0pt;background:
yellow;mso-highlight:yellow'>modesta opinião</span></u></b> e contra as 7
classes que se “vislumbram” aí para os radioamadores o que por si é
