<H1>D-Day - 6th June. 64th anniversary of the D-Day landings </H1>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>June 6th 2008 marks the 64th anniversary of the landing of
allied forces on the beaches of Normandy during WWII.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>Several amateur radio stations will be on-air to
commerorate the historic events of 1944.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#ff0000>•</FONT> Members of the<STRONG> South
Flanders DX Activity Group</STRONG> will be active as
<STRONG>F/ON6JUN/P</STRONG> from 05 June till 09 June nearby </FONT><A
href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pegasus_Bridge" target=_blank><FONT
face=Verdana>Pegasus Bridge</FONT></A><FONT face=Verdana> memorial
museum.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>They will be active on all HF bands (especially WARC
bands); modes: CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>Operators are ON4AAA; ON4LBV; ON4ALY; ON6UF, ON4MGY and
ON5SD they are members of section's of the UBA; GBN - NNV -ATH and
DNZ.</FONT></P>

to commemorate the 64th anniversary of the 6th of June 1944 landing in Normandy,
WWII. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>QRV May 30th to June 6th (daily between 0700 and 1600 UTC)
on HF and VHF using CW and SSB. The station will be located in the Creully
Castle (DFCF 14-020), WW Loc. JN99RG. QSL either via F2UW or F6KCZ

Museum which was organized around the souvenir and the glory of the American
