<P class=EC_MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><BR><SPAN class=EC_editor2>(Última actualização - 30.5.2008)</SPAN><BR>Desde 2005 que a <ACRONYM><FONT face="Times New Roman">ANACOM</FONT></ACRONYM> tem vindo a disponibilizar, por períodos de tempo limitados, a utilização de alguns canais da faixa dos 70<ABBR title=Megahertz>MHz</ABBR> a estações de amador nacionais para a execução de ensaios técnicos, visando o estudo científico dos efeitos de propagação nessa faixa.<BR>A legislação nacional permite, ao abrigo do <ABBR title=artigo>art.º</ABBR> 5.º do Decreto-Lei <ABBR title=número>n.º</ABBR> 151-A/2000, de 20 de Julho, autorizar, casuisticamente e por períodos limitados, a utilização de espectro radioeléctrico para a realização de ensaios técnicos e de estudos científicos, com dispensa de licenciamento, devendo as estações operar numa base de não interferência e não protecção relativamente às redes de radiocomunicações licenciadas.<BR>Atendendo ao interesse que estes testes podem ter para a comunidade científica, a ANACOM decidiu autorizar com estatuto secundário (isto é, numa base de não interferência e de não protecção):</SPAN></FONT></P>

<LI class=EC_MsoNormal style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">a utilização das sub-faixas 70,1670-70,2125MHz e 70,2375-70,2875MHz aos amadores de categoria A que o solicitem, com PARmáx=100 W;</SPAN></FONT></LI>
<LI class=EC_MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">a utilização da sub-faixa 70,1570-70,1670<U><SUP><FONT color=blue><SPAN style="COLOR: blue">1</SPAN></FONT></SUP></U> MHz por estações de radiobaliza às associações de radioamadores que o solicitem de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos para a colocação em funcionamento deste tipo de estações.</SPAN></FONT></LI></UL>
<P class=EC_MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">As autorizações a conceder pela ANACOM terão validade de um ano a contar da data da sua emissão, podendo as mesmas ser renovadas mediante solicitação.<BR>A utilização da faixa dos 70MHz pelo serviço de amador não está harmonizada ao nível europeu. Caso venham a ser tomadas decisões no sentido de uma tal harmonização para outro tipo de aplicações, poderá a ANACOM ver-se obrigada a não renovar as autorizações concedidas e a remover a atribuição da faixa ao nível nacional ao serviço de amador com estatuto secundário.<BR><B><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Consulte:</SPAN></B></SPAN></FONT></P></TD>
