<H1>Ofcom report on future communications technology</H1>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>On Wednesday Ofcom published its third annual Technology
Research and Development Report: <EM><STRONG>Tomorrow’s Wireless
World</STRONG></EM>. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>The report scans the horizon ten to twenty years in the
future to discover potentially significant advances and new innovative
technologies which are being developed that could improve healthcare and
