<br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> A Rede dos Emissores Portugueses, organiza no 2º Sábado do mês de Junho (14 de Junho de 2008) de cada ano o Concurso "DIA de PORTUGAL". </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> O Concurso é em SSB, CW e Misto nas bandas dos 10, 15, 20, 40 e 80 metros e utiliza o plano de bandas recomendado pela IARU para a Região 1. Este Concurso faz parte do Calendário de Concursos Internacionais da IARU. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Categorias :</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Mono operador em todas as bandas, em SSB, CW e Misto. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Intercâmbio :</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Estações de DX enviam RST e as letras identificativas do seu Distrito ou Região Autónoma. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Pontuação :</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Contactos de estações de DX com estações de outros países do DXCC, exceptuando PORTUGAL valem 3 pontos. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Contactos de estações de DX com estações de PORTUGAL valem 6 pontos. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Contactos com estações de PORTUGAL, entre si ou com estações de ESPANHA (com excepção de EA6, EA8 e EA9) valem 3 pontos, mas só são válidos os contactos efectuados em 40 e 80 metros. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Contactos de estações de PORTUGAL com estações de DX exceptuando ESPANHA valem 3 pontos. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Contactos com a mesma estação só são válidos em bandas diferentes e modos. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Multiplicadores :</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Cada Distrito ou Região Autónoma e cada País do DXCC em cada banda contam como multiplicadores. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Contactos entre estações de DX do mesmo País do DXCC contam apenas para efeito de multiplicador. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Pontuação Final :</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Somatório dos pontos dos contactos efectuados nas várias bandas multiplicados pelo somatório dos vários multiplicadores. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Prémios :</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Placa para a melhor pontuação a nível mundial, com um mínimo de 300 QSOs. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Placas para as melhores pontuações portuguesa e EA, com um mínimo de 250 Qsos. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Diploma para a melhor pontuação em cada país do DXCC, se o total obtido for pelo menos 20% da melhor pontuação geral. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Diploma de participação a todas as estações com 50 ou mais contactos registados (CT) ou 25 ou mais contactos registados (DX). </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Os prémios não são acumuláveis. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Logs : </b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Por cada modo deve ser enviado um, os logs devem ser enviados com carimbo de correio anterior a 1 de Setembro do corrente ano em folhas normais de concurso, incluindo folha resumo e de duplicados quando for caso disso ou sempre que o número de contactos seja superior a 200, se possível com descrição da estação e potência utilizada, para o seguinte endereço: </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">

<br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> REP - Rede dos Emissores Portugueses member of IARU, sponsors the PORTUGAL DAY CONTEST, a 24 hours contest, every year on the second Saturday of June . </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">It is on PHONE (SSB) CW and Mixed on 10, 15, 20, 40 and 80 meters, using the recomended IARU band plan for Region 1, and is part of the IARU's International Contest Calendar. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">For all the effects of this Contest a Portuguese station is any CT, CT3 or CU prefix station (or any other official Portuguese prefix), and DX station are any other station on the DXCC list. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Classes:</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Single operator all bands SSB, CW and Mixed, </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Exchange:</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> DX station send RST and sequential number begining with 001. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Portuguese stations will send RST plus the letters that identifies his District or Autonome Region. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Points: </b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Contacts of DX stations with stations of diferent countries of DXCC with exception of Portuguesestations counts 3 point. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Contacts of DX stations with Portuguese stations counts 6 points. Contacts between Portuguese stations or with EA stations (with exception of EA6, EA8 and EA9), counts 3 point, but are only valid on 40 and 80 meters bands. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Contacts of Portuguese stations with DX stations with exception of EA counts 3 points. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Contacts with the same station are only valid on diferent bands and modes. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Multiplier:</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Each Portuguese District/Autonome Region and each DXCC Country valid on the date of the Contest on each band is a multiplier. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Contacts between DX stations of the same DXCC country, counts only as a multiplier. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Final Score:</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Total contact points from all bands times the sum of all the multipliers. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<b style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Awards:</b><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"> Plaque for the top world scorer, with a minimum of 300 QSOs. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Plaque for the first portuguese and for the first EA scorers, with a minimum of 250 QSOs. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Diploma for the highest score on each DXCC country, if the final score is at least 20% of the higher score. </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
<span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">Participation Diploma to all stations with 50 or more logged contacts (Portuguese and EA stations) or 25 or more logged contacts (DX). </span><br style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">
