<P><FONT face=Verdana>Petrus has only been home for a few weeks since departing
Bouvet Island. Not content with airing DXCC most wanted #5, Petrus has another
treat in store this time!</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>ZS8T will be on Marion Island for over one year as
expedition leader for the South African National Antarctic Program. Marion is #6
in the most wanted survey (2007)</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>Unlike Bouvet Island where Petrus used loaned equipment
(IC-735 and 4BTV vertical) this time the </FONT><A class=liinternal
href="http://zs8t.net/the-team-behind-zs8t/"><FONT face=Verdana
color=#ffcc33><FONT color=#0000ff>team behind ZS8T</FONT> </FONT></A><FONT
face=Verdana>have pulled out all the stops to load Petrus with radio
goodies.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>On Marion Island will be a Spiderbeam antenna, SteppIR
vertical for LF, IC-7000 radio, an amplifier, RTTY capabilites and a </FONT><A
class=liinternal href="http://zs8t.net/radio-equipment-on-marion-island/"><FONT
face=Verdana>whole lot more</FONT></A><FONT face=Verdana>.</FONT></P>
