<H1>D-STAR Channel Spacing </H1>

<P><FONT face=Verdana>The Utah VHF Society have produced a useful article on 

D-STAR channel spacing. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=Verdana>Titled "Analysis and recommendations of channel spacing 

for D-Star operations on the VHF and UHF amateur bands" the article addresses 

the issues of co-channel D-STAR interference as well as adjacent channel 

interference between D-Star and analog FM systems. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=Verdana>It is written from an American perspective so assumes 5 

kHz deviation FM instead of the 2.5 kHz deviation used elsewhere. </FONT></P>
