announce the launch of <STRONG>Spirit of Knoxville III</STRONG>, which will
occur <STRONG>between 0000 and 0300 UTC Tuesday, January 15</STRONG>.

<P><FONT face=Verdana>As launch time is dependent on local weather, a<STRONG>
final determination and announcement will be made on January 14 on the website
news feed. </STRONG></FONT></P>
