<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0.5cm">Também não me admirava muito se as outras republicas do báltico de juntassem em breve.</P>
<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0.5cm">já falta pouco para que haja uma maioria de países na Região 1 activos em 70mhz.</P>
<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0.5cm">Quando isso acontecer algo vai mudar no band-plan com certeza.</P>

<STRONG>Gerd Latzin, DL2SB</STRONG>, of the Deutscher Amateur Radio Club International Liaison Committee reports that the 70 MHz band has been assigned to amateur radio on a secondary basis in Estonia since December, 23. <BR>
This regulation applies to the license classes A, B and D. <STRONG><U>Foreign radio amateurs with a CEPT license may operate on 70 MHz as well</U></STRONG>. <BR>
Permitted operating modes include CW, SSB, AM, FM and MGM. <BR>
The maximum output power allowed is 100 watts for the license classes A/B and 10 watts for class D on 70140 to 70300 kHz. <BR>
