iniciativa. Um exemplo a seguir.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Pessoalmente tenho pena de estar aqui tão longe
de Gouveia, para o poder ajudar no seu trabalho, que acho determinante, para a
educação das crianças e jovens quer estudantes, quer à procura do primeiro
emprego.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Participei na fundação de uma ONGD, a AMRAD (<A
href="http://www.amrad.pt">www.amrad.pt</A>) é uma associação
exclusivamente dedicada à educação e desenvolvimento, que
mantém actividade de facto desde 1998, e trabalha
justamente através da multidisciplinaridade que o radioamadorismo nos
propicia, e tem resultado.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Anualmente, participam mais de
1.500 crianças e jovens, de estabelecimentos do ensino básico,
secundário, politécnico e universitário, e também de formação
profissional, incluindo organismos oficiais, no âmbito da formação técnica,
designadamente forças militares e para-militares, com as quais se desenvolvem
quadros de cooperação, com palestras e acções de treino e formação em
tecnologias de radiocomunicações seguras e tácticas. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Para facilitar o acesso dos alunos e das
pessoas, a AMRAD teve de criar dois espaços públicos dedicados, em 2000 o
Observatório Aeroespacial de Oeiras - CS1RAD sedeado em Oeiras e mais
vocacionado para os ensinos básico e secundário, e em 2006 o Centro Espacial
Português - CS5CEP este sedeado no Parque de Ciência e Tecnologia de
Oeiras, um espaço ao serviço da universidade, mais dirigido para a
investigação e desenvolvimento, mas não exclusivamente, pois pode ser visitado
e empregue em acções de sensibilização dos alunos do ensino secundário, com o
fim de os poder vocacionar para a tecnologia e ciência de nível
universitário. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>A AMRAD dispõe ainda de um pequeno atelier
oficina e laboratório radioeléctrico de desenvolvimento e construção
modular, que não está aberto ao público, é para uso exclusivo dos trabalhos em
curso, nomeadamente para uso da AMSAT-CT, como o desenvolvimento modular
de satélites e a construção de simuladores de satélites, por balões
estratosféricos.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>A associação dispõe de algum material
dedicado à educação e sensibilização das crianças e dos jovens, que foi cedido
mediante acordo (a algumas associações) mas que infelizmente não tem
conseguido recuperar e dedicar de novo aos interesses juvenis e educativos (o
fim a que se destinam).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Sugiro que ao invés de adquirir uma
antena, insira o seu desenvolvimento e a sua construção, como tema
de participação dos próprios alunos e da escola. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Nós conseguimos introduzir esse conceito até em
escolas do ensino básico, onde os alunos e até os país, construíram receptores
de rádio e participam nas acções, aos fins de semana.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>É tudo uma questão de, quer de tempo (essencial),
quer de organização. </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>Tanto mais que, e
no caso da sua escola, sendo uma antena para a faixa de VHF é fácil
de adquirir os materiais e de a construir, com os mesmos ganhos e eficiências
radioeléctricas (embora possa deter no final, um aspecto físico
diferente).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Caso a nossa pequena associação, consiga
recuperar esse material disperso, que não nos tem querido restituir,
seguramente que os poderíamos auxiliar, mediante a cedência de algum material
por um acordo de comodato, formalizado.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>É muito importante que os amadores de rádio,
promovam esse tipo de iniciativas, já que, infelizmente, a generalidade do
movimento associativos português, não está vocacionado e ou disponível para
esse modelo de intervenção educacional e cultural.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Naturalmente que essas acções exigem imenso tempo
e muito trabalho (individual e de grupo) mas é gratificante, ver que, algumas
dessas crianças e jovens, ficam, inevitavelmente mais despertos, para estes
temas de tecnologia e de ciências da rádio, que afinal de contas para cada um
de nós, são tão gratificantes e divertidas.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Eu desde a criação do observatório em Oeiras no
ano 2000, que coloquei todo o meu melhor equipamento de LF, HF, VHF, UHF
e SHF, no fundo as minhas melhores estações de rádio de
sempre, ao serviço dessa associação, deixando mesmo de fazer rádio em
minha casa e no meu shack. Divirto-me muitíssimo mais a partilhar alguns
conhecimentos que tenho, com esses jovens e crianças. Mas isto são outras
opções, próprias de outras idades e outras experiências de vida, coisas dos
tempos.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Finalmente: tenho um imensa pena, de ter
nascido aqui na região de Lisboa, onde afinal de contas as crianças e os
jovens tem de tudo, nalguns casos, até em demasia, e no fim, não fazem
quase nada. Sabendo que noutras regiões do nosso país, outras crianças
(da interioridade) estão ansiosas de partilhar novas experiências e vivências,
mas a demografia, é assim. Isto é fruto da desigualdade que nos é
imposta. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Tudo isto deveria ser um movimento de difusão
cultural, onde o amador de rádio, através do interdisciplinaridade do próprio
Radioamadorismo, deveria saber promover e sustentar esses factores de
integração e protecção cultural, educativa e social também, prevenindo
comportamentos de risco e até aditivos, que nas grandes áreas
metropolitanas são um risco permanente. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Em baixo (anexo), pode ler um Curriculum
necessário às candidaturas para o Serviço de Amador e Amador de Satélite de um
país fora da Europa, veja bem, o grau de elevação em que o Radioamadorismo
seria tido (e é para quem o exerce com elevação) caso fossem cumpridos por
todos os países, tudo aquilo que cada um de nós amadores poderíamos
ganhar de conhecimento, saber e outras culturas.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Portanto Prof. Paulo Sousa, nunca desista, e
prossiga nessa batalha, porque vale de facto a pena, esse é o maior e o mais
generoso DX que qualquer amador de rádio deveria saber fazer e cumprir,
embora tenha todo e pleno direito de ser diferente e optar por outras formas
de intervenção, individual ou de grupo.</FONT></DIV>
