ARLA/CLUSTER: New WSJT-X functions in the TyQSL Online Logbook

I recently released a Desktop Client for my self-developed Online Logbook
that adds some neat features for WSJT-X Users.

You can use all Functions on Windows, Mac, Linux and Linux on ARM (like a
RaspberryPi).

- It will mark all worked calls in WSJT-X for you so you can simply see
what Stations you already have in your log, that makes it really easy to
see stations you didn't work in the past at a glance.

- It provides Information in Realtime like DXCC Entity and the last QSO
with the Callsign you had.

- It Saves the QSO in Realtime to the Online Logbook as you log it in WSJT-X
