ARLA/CLUSTER: Venda dos endereços IPv4 reservados ao serviço de amador pela AMPRNet

Boa tarde,
Sendo mais preciso, a venda foi de 25% do bloco, não metade.

Abaixo está a explicação oficial do Phil Karn ("conheço-o" de nome há 
uns 30 anos ... é um dos inventores de alguns dos algoritmos ainda hoje 
usados na Internet -Â  https://www.google.com/search?q=Karn's+Algorithm ).

Note-se que o sub-bloco 44.158.0.0/16 (PT) de que sou atualmente o 
coordenador nacional não está incluído nos endereços vendidos e já 
agora, fica a informação de que existindo consenso na comunidade, estou 
interessado em deixar esta tarefa a alguém com maior disponibilidade e 
motivação, para melhor me poder concentrar noutras que atualmente mais 
me entusiasmam.
