Reparei que o titulo da mensagem não tem nada a ver com o que está escrito
no artigo!

Pelo que eu percebi com o meu "mau" inglês, é que alguém anda a roubar
matriculas dos carros dos radioamadores. Eles não sabem com que objectivo,
mas por enquanto trata-se só de roubo do objecto propriamente dito.
Eventualmente, se depois possam usar as mesmas para se fazerem passar pelo
donos, isso já não sabemos. No artigo não fala nada a esse respeito.
