Não conheço nenhum SDR de VLF.  No entanto com uma antena activa tipo
miniwipe e um computador com uma carta de som de no minimo 48KHz de
amostragem e o software SAQRX   https://sites.google.com/site/sm6lkm/saqrx/
é extremamente fácil receber...Se não houver algum carregador de telemóvel
a roncar nas redondezas.
