Smartphone performance compared

The Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) has released a report
showing the performance (Data) of 71 mobile handsets

ComReg, in its Radio Spectrum Management Strategy Statement for 2017 to
20181, outlined a number of issues which it believed contribute to mobile
user experience.

ComReg has now released a technical report measured the Total Isotropic
Sensitivity (TIS) of the 71 mobile handsets available on the Irish market
in June 2017. TIS is a measure of the receive performance for data and the
antenna sensitivity patterns of mobile handsets.
