OP prefix for Belgian radio amateurs in November

The UBA reports radio amateurs in Belgium can use the *OP* prefix during
November as part of the 100th anniversary of WWI commemorations

A Google translation reads:

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the 1st World War, the UBA
submitted an application to BIPT in 2014 so that all radio amateurs could
use the prefix OP (P for Poppies) during the month of November 2014 to
2018. The duration of this permit is limited in time for the special
prefixes to retain a certain appeal.

We are allowed this in the decision of the BIPT Council of 16 October 2014:

The BIPT Council allows all radio amateurs who hold a Belgian license to
use the prefix "OP" instead of the standard prefix "ON" and during the
following periods:

from 1 to 30 November 2014
from 1 to 30 November 2015
from 1 to 30 November 2016
from 1 to 30 November 2017
from 1 to 30 November 2018

This decision does not apply to holders of a call sign whose suffix
contains only one letter .

Note that the use of the special prefix OP only applies to the "ordinary"
call signs with the ON prefix, not to the short callsigns (vanity calls).
