 CEPT RF Spectrum Interference and Enforcement questionnaire

The result of a questionnaire on interference and enforcement issues for
Amateur Radio and other services covering the UK and other CEPT countries
is available

Question 1 said: The UK is very interested to know details of FM 22 members
national regulatory regimes that exist for enforcement action against the
use of non radio apparatus that is causing undue interference to radio
communications. How often they use these regulations and in what
circumstances.

France replied:
It is a "offence" punishable by a fine of €30 000 and 6 months in prison, *but
never used in practice*.
