The French national amateur radio society REF has made the December
2017 issue of their magazine Radio-REF available as a free PDF

REF says:
In order to make all French radio amateurs aware of the need to gather
as much as possible to give themselves the means to defend our
interests, the Radio-REF issue of December 2017 will be printed with
thirteen thousand copies and distributed, in addition to our usual
subscriber members, to a list of amateur radio call signs whose
addresses are published in the ANFR file, with the exception, of
course, of the OMs in the orange list.

For OMs or YLs in orange list, for SWL, makers, radio enthusiasts on
all bands, and more broadly all those who do not yet know the REF, we
decided to put the magazine for free download on the link below.
