French ham radio licence fee

REF reports the Finance committee of the Senate has tabled an amendment to
the French Finance Act 2019 concerning the annual amateur radio license fee

The annual license fee in France is currently 45.73 euros and yields about
600,000 euros.

The amendment says that collecting the license fee costs 409.6% of the
amount recovered and proposes "removing this tax".
