*VOACAP* (Voice of America Coverage Analysis Program) is free professional
high-frequency (HF) propagation prediction software from NTIA/ITS,
originally developed for Voice of America (VOA)

Wheel so it's back :) On the right margin of the map, you click the new
button "Prop wheel", and the wheel will appear on the left. Move the
markers and see the predictions change on the fly... :)
