IARU-R1 release new VHF Handbook

IARU Region 1 have announced that the latest edition (8.00) of the VHF
Handbook is available for free download

The handbook covers the VHF, UHF and Microwave bands with chapters on
Band Planning, Contests, Propagation Research, Operating Procedures,
Satellites and Digital Communications.
